Short version: you are buying a clearly labelled promotional placement. Money determines rank. When the board is full, #100 can be evicted.
TERMS OF USE
The Hundred is a paid internet directory operated by Rithik Chopra. A successful payment purchases promotional placement on the leaderboard; it does not purchase ownership, equity, endorsement, traffic, clicks, sales or a guaranteed placement duration.
You confirm that you are authorised to submit the URL and that it does not contain or promote unlawful activity, fraud, malware, impersonation, hate, exploitation, infringement or deceptive claims. We may reject, hide or remove unsafe or unlawful entries. The public one-line description is fetched automatically from the submitted website.
RANKING & EVICTION
Rank is determined by the cumulative value of captured, non-reversed payments attributed to the canonical URL. Higher totals rank first; equal totals keep the earlier first-cleared entry higher. Failed, reversed, disputed or refunded value does not count.
Only 100 entries are promoted and clickable. Once all spots are occupied, a qualifying entry displaces the lowest-ranked entry into The Rest. Eviction does not reverse the promotional service already provided. An evicted entry keeps its remaining total and may pay the difference to return.
DELIVERY & CANCELLATION
The Hundred sells a digital promotional placement only. No physical product is sold or shipped, so there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses. After Razorpay confirms a captured payment, the submitted listing and its updated rank are normally published immediately.
You may abandon or close checkout before payment is completed. Once a payment is captured, the placement service begins immediately and cannot ordinarily be cancelled. If payment clears but the listing is not delivered because of a technical failure, contact us for investigation under the refund policy below.
REFUND POLICY
Payments are generally final after a listing is successfully placed because the promotional service begins immediately. Eviction, a later change in rank, traffic performance or dissatisfaction with results is not a refund reason.
We will investigate duplicate charges, unauthorised transactions and technical failures where payment cleared but no placement was provided. Any refund required by applicable law will be honoured. Contact us with the payment identifier and submitted URL.
PRIVACY
We store the submitted URL, its public metadata description, bid total and payment identifiers needed to operate the leaderboard, prevent duplicate processing and provide support. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by The Hundred.
The live viewer indicator uses a temporary, page-session identifier through Supabase Presence. Click counting and checkout protection use one-way daily fingerprints derived from standard request information; raw card details are never received, and raw IP addresses are not stored in the leaderboard database. We may retain normal service logs for reliability, security and support. We do not sell personal information.
